My name is Ami (pronounced like mommy without the first “m” 😉), and I am the owner, nail tech artist, lash artist, and creator behind Paisley Nail Studio.

I originally opened my first Paisley Nail Studio in October of 2011 in Northern California. Very quickly, I realized there was a real need in the beauty industry for a more personal experience—one where clients could relax in a private, welcoming environment and truly feel cared for. The number one thing I heard from both men and women was how much they appreciated not being rushed through their appointments or made to feel like they were simply part of an assembly line. Instead, they felt listened to, valued, and confident that their nails were being cared for in the healthiest way possible.

With over 18 years of experience in the beauty industry, my passion for helping people feel taken care of has only continued to grow. After 10 successful years with my first studio, my unwavering faith in God led me to close that chapter, move to my husband’s hometown, and begin the journey of building a new studio and community here.

Today, Paisley Nail Studio continues to be a space centered on connection, comfort, and intentional self-care.

At the heart of Paisley Nail Studio and The Paisley Collective—my bath, body, and seasonal subscription box brand—is a shared belief that beauty, self-care, and community are meant to be experienced together. What began as an elevated nail and lash studio has grown into a multifaceted lifestyle brand offering luxury nail and lash services, handcrafted bath and body essentials, thoughtfully curated seasonal subscription boxes, and welcoming pop-up experiences that bring women together.

As the brand continues to grow, I have also begun helping others in the beauty and wellness industries through consulting and education, empowering fellow creatives and entrepreneurs to build sustainable, purpose-driven businesses rooted in connection, care, and faith.
