Seasonal Subscription Box
Returns & Damaged Items
Due to the personal-care nature of the products included in The Paisley Collective Seasonal Subscription Box, all subscription box sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
If your box or an item inside arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will be happy to review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement for the damaged item.
Please note that replacements are subject to product availability. Because our seasonal boxes contain limited-edition and small-batch products, an identical replacement may not always be available. In that case, a comparable replacement may be provided.
